EXPLORING THE ANCESTRAL REALMS

IN LONDON OR ONLINE

*18TH-19TH APRIL 2026 *

WITH MARY BOLINGBROKE BSc.(OST)

This weekend workshop will explore four main themes and include lots of practicals:

1) Our ancestors, Us and Future Generations: Exploring how the family tree and inheritance works. The goals of the family constellation through implicate (DNA and epigenetic coding) and explicate (family lore and story) learning. The role of the thymus and immune system in being, belonging and becoming a member of the family. Healing familial wounds held in maternal and paternal lineages and allowing love and creativity to flow to future generations. How to recognise ancestral wound patterns in your clients and how to assist.

2) Primary Wounds and Intergenerational Trauma: Collective intergenerational trauma and the primary wounds of guilt, shame, jealousy, anger and fear held in us all. Why using secondary remedies for primary wounds can never succeed and why these historical events will continue to repeat until we treat the cause and re-find the Health.

3) The Wisdom of the Land and our Ancient Ancestors: At the beginning of human civilisation we were more closely connected to Health, Wholeness and the natural world. Dr James Jealous called this simply ‘Normal’. It was normal for us to communicate without verbal language, to have insight and intuition and be able to connect to the innate wisdom of the natural world. We still contain these ‘normal’ capacities and abilities and will be re-membering how to integrate them into our modern lives through stillness, the long tide and slow tempo.

4) The Spiralling Transition of Living and Dying: As humans we are perhaps the most adaptable of creatures, but we are often reluctant to change. We say that we want to heal but resist making the changes that make healing possible. During this part of the course, we will explore our egos’ fear of the spiralling transitions between the living, dying and the dead, and why that makes us so resistant to embracing Life.

This seminar can be taken in London or online and is open to all Craniosacral Therapists and Cranial Osteopaths. Video recordings will be available to all those who register.
