A PRIMORDIAL ANATOMY: DEEPENING INTO FLUID EMBRYO INTELLIGENCE WITH CONTINUUM

* 3RD AND 4TH FEBRUARY 2018 *

WITH CHERIONNA MENZAM-SILLS Ph.D, I.S.M.E.T.A., R.S.M.T/E., R.C.S.T., B.C.S.T.

ASSISTED BY JANE OKONDO

This workshop is open to all

The founder of Continuum Movement, Emilie Conrad, identified 3 tissue anatomies relating to the context that we find ourselves in. Our primordial anatomy arises as we begin to slow down, settle into a safe holding field, melt under our everyday and historical patterning and return to our inherent fluidity. In this state, we become more like a little embryo, floating in its internal sea and filled with amazing potential. As we dissolve our familiar structures and armouring, we may gently release our early history, revealing potential that we may have long forgotten.

Continuum is a mindful movement practice that has been compared to giving yourself a Craniosacral Therapy treatment. As we slow down and melt, we enter similar perceptual and healing territories to those of Craniosacral Biodynamics. This occurs in Continuum through using different breaths, sounds directed into the tissue of the body, movement and mindful awareness. A common experience is deep relaxation with an enhanced sense of fluidity, flexibility, resilience, creativity, well-being and aliveness.
